About the Event
Yoga is not just about physical strength and flexibility; it's also about connecting with yourself to understand your needs and equip yourself to be your best self, both on and off the mat. Here's what our Elemental Flow Yoga has to offer:
- Begin with invigorating natural movements in a vinyasa flow to energize and strengthen.
- Transition into relaxing and healing stretches.
- Follow up with breathwork and guided meditation.
The movement segment sets the stage for a calming mindfulness meditation experience. This class aims to help you discover practices that resonate with you, bringing more peace and energy into your life. Remember, the focus is not on fixing ourselves but on acknowledging that we already possess what we need. Join us for a 90-minute session that includes breathing techniques, an energizing yoga flow, restorative poses, guided meditation, and supported relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners wanting to deeply explore yoga, as well as intermediate and advanced yogis looking to synchronize the many elements of their practice. Everybody is welcome!
