About the Event
It's TREE WEEK! Join Lissa Sims for a free, all-levels practice on the lawn under the trees. Whether this is your first yoga practice or your thousandth, this is a great opportunity to be with your people in a beautiful environment with many people who love yoga and want to share it. Invite your people, share this and/or bring a friend.
NO registration is needed--just show up to slow down, breath deeply and feel.
EVERYONE is welcome!
Most people bring mats but a big towel works too.
