Where is the retreat located?

The retreat takes place in Eleuthera, Bahamas, at Cocodimama, a stunning private small resort on secluded Alabaster Beach, the inn is surrounded by pristine pink sand beaches and lush landscapes.

What Airport Do I Fly into?

Either North Eleuthera which offers nonstop service from Atlanta or Governors Harbour which has daily flights from Nassau. Get in touch if you want tips or suggestions. 

How many people will be attending?

The retreat is intentionally intimate, with a limited number of guests to ensure a deeply personal and luxurious experience. Maximum 15 people. 

 

Booking & Payment

How do I book my spot?

You can reserve your spot by completing the registration form and submitting a non-refundable $1,000 deposit. Full payment is due 90 before the retreat.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans. Please reach out to discuss your options.

What’s included in the retreat price?

Your retreat fee includes:

✅ Transportation to and from the retreat venue (from Eleuthera’s airport)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

• More than 90 days before the retreat → Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.

• 60-89 days before the retreat → 50% refund.

• Less than 60 days before the retreat → No refund unless we can fill your spot.

• Name Transfers → You may transfer your spot to someone else up to 14 days before the retreat with prior approval.

What if the retreat is canceled by the us?

If we must cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat. However, we are not responsible for additional costs such as flights or accommodations.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes! We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and weather-related disruptions.

 

Travel & Logistics

How do I get to Eleuthera?

You’ll need to fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) which offers nonstop service from Atlanta or Governors Harbour (GHB) which has daily flights from Nassau. From there, we will arrange transportation to Cocodimama.

What should I pack?

• Lightweight, breathable clothing

• Swimsuit & beach essentials

• Yoga attire, yoga mat if you love yours

• Comfortable walking shoes

• Sunscreen & insect repellent

• A journal for reflection

• a sun hat

 

What is the weather like in Eleuthera?

Eleuthera typically enjoys warm, sunny weather year-round. However, we recommend checking the forecast and preparing for occasional tropical showers.

Will I have cell service and Wi-Fi?

Yes, but we encourage you to disconnect as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.

 

Experience & Activities

Do I need to be experienced in yoga?

Not at all! Our yoga sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem! Our private chef prepares nourishing meals with fresh, local ingredients. We can accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.

Is there free time during the retreat?

Yes! While we offer a curated schedule of yoga, experiences, and excursions, there is plenty of time for personal reflection, relaxation, and exploring the beach and sea.

 

Other Important Questions

What happens if there’s bad weather?

If severe weather makes it unsafe or impossible to hold the retreat, we may reschedule or offer partial credit for a future retreat. However, refunds will not be issued due to weather-related travel delays. 

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many of our guests attend solo. This retreat is a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded people while also enjoying personal solitude.
